Our Team

Brian Glazen

Founder/ Producer

Equal parts MacGyver, Steven Spielberg and Gandhi, Brian has ideas. Ideas about marketing, ideas about communication and ideas about fixing just about anything that might be broken. When he’s not sharing his ideas with clients you can usually find him fixing things at his own home or eagerly searching for things that may need fixing. Check your bushes, he may be lurking.

Ryan Hardy

Designer/Editor/Technical

Ryan is our resident designer and GQ enthusiast. The recent opening of the Nordstrom Rack store was a major event in his young life. He has the ability to launch exhaustive internet searches for obscure jeans. Ryan will also create amazing motion graphics for you. He’s that good.

Geoff Yaw

Producer/ Editor

Geoff is an unapologetic consumer of all media. He will talk your ear off about NPR’s, This American Life if you let him. His dedication to research is unending. Of course, most producer’s “research” doesn’t include Flava’ of Love and Dawson’s Creek reruns. Geoff has a name for these people: “Quitters”.

Doug Sanborn

Business Development

The consummate Clevelander, Doug is moderately sports obsessed. Running a close second to sports is his affinity for local eateries. Our clients know that Doug can be reached just about any night of the week at Johnny Mango for any pressing issues. He’ll try not to talk with his mouth full.

Trina Agosto

Producer

Trina is working on her excessive use of ringtones issue. She’s usually so busy on her phone attending to the needs of our clients that we can easily locate her just by listening for the telltale jingle jangle. We’ve recently taken to hiring her out for company functions in lieu of a deejay. Rates available by request.

Keith Potoczak

Producer/ Editor

Keith is 100% committed to his craft. Keith is also the owner of one of the most impressive filmmaker’s beard and glasses combos we have ever seen. Lumberjacks, indie rockers and grizzly bears from all over the world seek out his advice on the subjects of effective storytelling and facial hair care.

Danielle Miller

Editor

Danielle graduated from a pretty fancy art school. We try not to hold this fact against her. She’s our newest crewmember and giving the guys a run for their money with her speedy, workhorse editing capabilities and the ability to carry furniture three times her weight. Wherever there is girly music, a Cup-a-Noodle soup, and a notepad to doodle on, you’ll find Danielle.

Hilarie Frankenberry

Production Coordinator

Organizer, mother and exclusive consumer of chicken and pickles, Hilarie keeps the place running. Despite her limited diet, she still manages to muster the strength to make sure that people and things are where they need to be-when they need to be there. Give her a call the next time you need any tips on effective cat herding.

Caleb Crossen

Director of Photography

Caleb is a force of nature. His signature explosions of laughter and shouts of “that’s outrageous” have quickly become the stuff of legend around the office. Seriously, the guy’s got energy. He also has an exceptional eye and the skills to turn a seemingly mundane shot into the “outrageous.”

Anne Kolencik

Business Development

Beneath Anne’s sunny exterior lurks the heart of a tomboy. In the intra-office battle between east and west, Anne is usually the first to form her fingers into the shape of a “W” and shout “Westside”. Fortunately for us, she is usually too busy taking excellent care of clients to bring too many of us down in our company arm wrestling matches. Give her a call if you want a shot at the title.
